You may use Thumbnail Intel Pro to download publicly available YouTube thumbnail images and run AI-assisted analysis for lawful creator, marketing, research, or editorial workflows. You are responsible for complying with YouTube policies, copyright rules, and applicable laws.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to your email, Google account, and browser sessions secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

AI output is provided for creative and operational guidance. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific campaign. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before publishing or changing thumbnails.

Paid plans unlock higher usage limits and subscription features as described on the pricing page. Billing is handled by Stripe. Plan access depends on successful payment and webhook synchronization.

You may not abuse the service, bypass usage limits, scrape at excessive volume, submit malicious requests, interfere with infrastructure, or use the product to violate the rights of others.

We may change features, limits, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
