Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing issues are handled for Thumbnail Intel Pro paid plans.

Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal when it is available for your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, technical billing errors, or cases where paid access was not delivered after payment. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Non-refundable cases
We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused quota, dissatisfaction after substantial use, or issues caused by third-party platform policy changes outside our control.
How to request a refund
Include your account email, Stripe receipt details, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the payment and account state.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card network processing times may vary.
