Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Thumbnail Intel Pro collects, uses, and protects information when creators download YouTube thumbnails, run AI analysis, create accounts, and manage subscriptions.

Effective date: May 15, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, login provider identifiers, subscription status, and saved analysis history when you create an account or use authenticated features.

When you analyze a thumbnail, we process the YouTube URL, thumbnail image URL, AI scoring output, usage quota events, and technical request metadata needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide downloads, run AI thumbnail analysis, maintain account sessions, enforce usage limits, sync subscription entitlements, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Payments and authentication

Payments are processed by Stripe, and authentication may be provided through Supabase and Google OAuth. We do not store full payment card numbers. These providers process information under their own policies while helping us deliver login, billing, and subscription features.

AI processing

Thumbnail analysis requests may be sent to configured AI providers to generate scoring, summaries, and optimization suggestions. Do not submit thumbnails or URLs that include confidential, regulated, or third-party private information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, subscription, and analysis records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request account or analysis history deletion by contacting support.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us through the support email listed in the Google OAuth consent screen or billing receipt.
